Exchange and Refund Policy

Our products are made to the highest possible standard. If however there is a fault with the product when you receive it we will exchange it if it is deemed a manufacturers fault. Please contact us or call customer service on 02 4929 5080 between 9am-5pm Mon to Fri AEST time. Goods must be returned within 14 days unwashed, unworn and in a resalable condition. If we are out of stock of the same product we will offer you a different colour or a store credit to use against other products.

Refunds are not made unless the item was wrongly described or the image on the website does not match the item received. In this case a refund will be provided via Paypal or through a credit card refund less a $15 charge to cover the cost of freight and handling incurred when the original item was sent out. 

Important: We do not issue refunds or exchanges or any items that is sent back to us after 14 days, or if the items has been used, or is not in its original new condition.

*All exchanges for Australian orders will be charged a return freight cost charge of $15 (domestic) or for international orders - the freight is charged at cost. 

For collars and leads, we strongly encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible to ensure you get the right size. If you wish to change sizes you must return the item to us and pay all new shipping charges and any difference in cost. We also do not accept returns COD and we do not reimburse shipping charges.
