How to Use the DOOG Dog Car Seat

1. Place the Car Seat in Your Vehicle
Position the DOOG Dog Car Seat on either the back seat or front passenger seat of your car.

2. Secure the Car Seat
Clip and tighten the strap at the base of the Car Seat around the back and base of your vehicle's seat. Then, clip and tighten the upper strap around the vehicle's headrest for extra stability.

3. Attach the Restraint
Pop your dog into the car seat and clip the DOOG Car Restraint (sold separately) to the nearest seatbelt buckle. Attach the other end to your dog’s harness. Alternatively, use the built-in tether strap provided with the Car Seat.

4. Double-Check Stability
Ensure the Car Seat is securely fastened and your dog is safely restrained before hitting the road.

I like that you can remove the mattress insert for easy washing. The car seat is large enough for my girl to curl up in and rest her head on the bumper sides. I really like the sand colour.

Excellent dog seat
I am honestly so impressed with our large dog car seat from DOOG! From the very first trip, it has made such a difference.
Both my new puppy and my older Border Collie absolutely love it. It’s been amazing for helping my pup learn how to ride in the car calmly and confidently. As soon as she’s clipped in, she knows she’s off on an adventure and settles straight away.
It’s incredibly cozy and comfortable, and I love knowing they’re secure and safe while we’re driving. The size is perfect, the quality is fantastic, and it’s made car rides so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us. Highly recommend! 🐶🚗

This is fabulous!
I’ve got a small coupe and an ever growing golden retriever puppy, so this not only protects my car seat well, it also reasonably fits - and puppy is far happier outside an enclosed space for travel. The large size is great as well - Ginny is a fair chunk of dog - and I’m hoping it continues to provide a comfortable journey for her as she reaches full size. A really smart design and very easy to install.
